Make Ready Ministries is a ministry of new wine in new wine skins. God "birthed" the concept in my heart in 1992. It was an immature and incomplete vision at the time. Over the last three decades, God has been defining, refining and expanding the vision to its present state.

The six concepts that this ministry embodies have not been developed quickly or easily. It has been a long and difficult process. I love and owe much to the traditional church, that is the people, who have been a part of my life and experience. But, my journey has led me beyond the comfort and custom of my religion and denomination, to a discovery of the truth that sets us free.

I didn't come to these convictions by schooling or reading other's writings, although I have done much study and reading. I have come to these convictions by pursuing God, His Word, and His Spirit.

It is a call to God's own people, the church, that cannot be confined to denominational barriers or theological boxes. It is a Jeremiah type ministry....... "To uproot and tear down, to destroy and overthrow, to build and to plant."(Jer. 1:10b) It is a John the Baptist type ministry...."To make ready for the Lord a people perfectly prepared in spirit, adjusted and disposed and placed in the right moral state."(Luke 1:17b"

Make Ready Ministries is built on the truth of Romans 12:2. "Do not conform any longer tot the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind......"

All the principles develop from this simple, yet profound truth.
